Some carriers will offer wharf cartage services during this time to minimize wharf storage. However, additional costs will be associated with running shifts during weekends and public holidays, with any terminal collections and/or client deliveries incurring a surcharge of AU$ 190.00 per container.
Empty parks are likely to have reduced operating hours or may be closed. Whilst every effort will be made to de-hire empty containers within the free period, we will not be liable for any detention incurred. Please note shipping lines generally consider weekends and public holidays as a part of the free day period.
