Kerry Logistics Oceania was founded in 2014 through a joint venture between formerly known Lead Logistics and their key service partner Kerry Logistics, a publicly listed company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the leading logistics provider in Asia.

For over 7 years, the JV allowed Kerry Logistics Oceania to operate a unique hybrid model, combining the knowledge and expertise of local staff, management, and ownership, with the strengths of a leading global network. Today, we still retain the same personalised service we have provided to clients across Oceania since 2014, while having the full backing of a major global conglomerate, allowing for even more robust operations across the region.
