Update from Poseidon Sea Pilots: Withdrawal Of Marine Industrial Action
We have been informed that the Australian Maritime Officers Union (AMOU) has formally withdrawn their Protected Industrial Action Notice, which was originally scheduled to begin at 00:01 AEST on Thursday, 24 August 2023, for a 24-hour duration.
Per our advisory yesterday, please note that DPW and Patrick Terminal Brisbane closures are still scheduled to go ahead:
DPW Brisbane – Thursday 24/08
All Terminal operations will be offline between 12:00 – 16:00.
The last slot is 11:00 24/08 for In-gates to be closed from 12 noon 24/08.
PATRICKS BNE PORT Patricks Brisbane – Friday 25/08
Patrick Fisherman Islands Terminal will cease all ship and yard operations from 07:00 – 15:00 to conduct yard infrastructure and system maintenance.
No slots will be available during this time. Yard operations will re-commence at 15:00.
