Due to adverse maritime conditions, specifically high swell, the New South Wales (NSW) port authorities have implemented a temporary closure on several port facilities in Sydney.
At this stage DP World have suspended all dehire/empty facilities until further notice, however full container operations are still running for the time being.
Due to high swells vessels are also unable to dock and depart the terminals. This has already led to vessel delays and push backs on wharf availability, which will continue for the next few days.
