Please note Qantas maintains that all on-hand (ie. not recently arrived) freight has been processed and collected or awaiting collection. Qantas staff have been instructed to escalate any instances of unlocatable freight to shift management for immediate investigation and resolution without turning trucks away. Qantas are further aware that some visibility issues remain for aged arrivals and are individually working with customers on shipment location, where freight has not already been collected.
