  • System Upgrade Status: Over the weekend, Qantas Freight underwent a system upgrade that did not proceed as planned.
  • Cargo Backlog: All cargo from the weekend and current shipments are experiencing significant delays. Qantas anticipates it will take the entire week to resolve the backlog.
  • Ongoing Efforts: We are actively collaborating with Qantas Freight to address these issues. We are focusing on “Manual Releases” to expedite the retrieval of freight, but this is a time-consuming process.
  • Patience Requested: We kindly ask for your patience as we work diligently to sort out these challenges.
  • Outturn Updates: We will provide outturn reports as soon as they become available.
